ScanShield AI Expands Roof Inspection Platform Nationwide
Pilot with Georgia contractor informs rollout

ScanShield AI, a roof inspection platform backed by Presky Capital, is expanding nationwide following a six-month pilot program with Fortress Roofing in Kennesaw, Ga..
The company said the platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze drone and ground-level imagery, identify roof damage and generate standardized condition scores and inspection reports.
Fortress Roofing used the system in daily operations during the pilot phase.
“Before ScanShield, inspections required manual documentation, photo sorting, and significant post-visit reporting,” said Tiffany Gore, director of business integration. “We’ve dramatically reduced reporting time and improved consistency across our team.”

The expansion includes an early access program offering selected contractors three months of platform use ahead of a broader commercial rollout.
“Our goal is to modernize inspection workflows across the roofing industry,” said Keith Priddy, managing partner at Presky Capital.
The roofing industry has traditionally relied on manual inspections, but contractors are increasingly adopting digital tools as demand grows for standardized documentation and efficiency.
