Roofr Launches AI Receptionist, Expands Roofing CRM
New features automate incoming calls and add updates to estimating, proposals and website tools

Roofr has launched an artificial intelligence-powered receptionist designed specifically for roofing contractors as part of a broader expansion of its CRM platform.
Roofr provides CRM, aerial measurement, estimating, proposal and payment software for roofing contractors throughout North America.
The company announced the AI Receptionist and several other product updates during its semi-annual Roofr Builds virtual event. The new tool is designed to handle incoming calls, qualify leads, book appointments and route urgent calls based on roofing-specific workflows. Unlike conventional answering services that primarily collect messages,
Roofr said its AI Receptionist can take actions within a contractor s workflow, potentially helping roofing companies capture leads when employees are unavailable to answer calls.
"Our mission is to be the trusted foundation for roofing professionals to build their success," said Rajiv Jhurani, Roofr's chief product officer. "With AI Receptionist and the steady stream of improvements across the platform, we're delivering on that promise in a bigger way."
Roofr also introduced unlimited customizable user roles for subscribers. The feature allows roofing companies to add employees and assign permissions without paying additional per-user fees, according to the company. Additional updates announced during Roofr Builds include enhancements to Roofr Sites, Instant Estimator and Proposals, as well as Spanish translation capabilities, bulk actions and payment schedules.
The additions are part of Roofr's effort to consolidate functions that roofing contractors often manage through separate software platforms, including lead management, estimating, measurements, proposals and payments.
