Master Flow Bath & Dryer Rooftop Appliance Vent

GAF

GAF’s Master Flow Bath & Dryer Rooftop Appliance Vent provides both a sleek and effective solution for venting damaging heat and moisture from bathroom exhaust fans, dryers, and other household appliances — through the roof. Available in four colors to complement popular shingle colors, the Master Flow Bath & Dryer Rooftop Appliance Vent passes rigorous 110 mph wind-driven rain testing in accordance with TAS-100(A)1 and the UL 2218 Impact-Resistance Test with a Class 4 rating, helping ensure reliable operation even in severe weather conditions.

1 Testing conducted under controlled laboratory conditions. GAF makes no express or implied warranty about the impact performance of this product against hail. Hail damage is not covered under the limited warranty.

The Edge Vent

Air Vent Inc.

Residential roofing contractors asked for more control over proper intake attic ventilation. The Edge Vent installs on the roof — during a roofing project — at the very edge of the roof with matching shingles on top. Each four-foot rigid, plastic stick provides 9 square inches of airflow per linear foot, making it easy to balance with the exhaust vents. It can be used on roofs with or without overhangs. It’s an easy way to add extra intake to existing, insufficient intake. It’s suitable for any climate and passed a 30-day ice dam test. For more information, visit gibraltarbuildingproducts.com.

Designed for use with both roof and wall systems, AeroNet helps ensure proper drainage and drying behind roofing and cladding materials to protect the building envelope against moisture intrusion. It improves on existing rainscreen options with straightforward installation, uniform application from wall to roof, elimination of wood furring strips, and better compression resistance, among other benefits. Simply roll onto the wall or roof and fasten with 1-inch cap nails or 7/8-inch staples — no special tools required.

FlashCo’s X-Top Roof Vents

X-Top

FlashCo

FlashCo’s X-Top Roof Vents are prefabricated exhaust vents used for non-heated exhaust ventilation. X-Top Vents are commonly used to allow air to freely flow through the vent while prohibiting water from infiltrating the structure. FlashCo X-Top Vents are designed for TPO and PVC roofing systems. The vent eliminates field fabrication, installs in minutes, and has a removable top for easy maintenance. The galvanized steel sub-base meets the minimum 8-inch height requirement typically specified on low-slope roofing systems. X-Top vents come standard with a 1/8-inch galvanized wire mesh and are available in three standard sizes: 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch. For more information, visit flashco.com/product/x-top-vents.
