Zags Home Services, the parent company of American Standard Roofing, based in Farmington Hills, Mich., and Zags Roofing in Chicago, Ill., announced the acquisition of Michigan Home Restoration, a family-owned roofing and restoration company serving the Metro Detroit area.

The acquisition strengthens Zags Home Services' presence in Southeast Michigan and enhances its ability to deliver high-quality roofing and exterior services to homeowners throughout the region.

Founded and operated by Timothy Bullis, Michigan Home Restoration has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, reliability, and personal service —values that closely align with Zag Home Services' customer-first philosophy.

The transaction closed on October 31, 2025. Financial terms were not disclosed.
