Power Home Remodeling has expanded into Jacksonville, Fla., marking the company's fourth location in the state and its 25th territory location in the country.
The company signed a 19,880-sq.-ft lease in the Cypress Point Business Park to house an office and an 8,434 warehouse. The company currently services homeowners in Duval County with roofing, windows, siding, gutters, doors, and attic insulation and plans to expand to surrounding areas.
Joe Cox, vice president of customer development; Katherine Coyer, vice president of sales; and Mark Thieme, vice president of delivery will lead the Jacksonville territory.
The company’s expansion model involves opening three new offices in major U.S. cities annually to support its rapid growth, the company said in a statement. Jacksonville is the third office the home remodeler opened in 2025, following recent openings in Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio.
Power is actively looking for installation partners in the Jacksonville area to join the team, and will be hiring for additional in-field roles in the future.
