Power Home Remodeling, Fortune magazine’s No. 14 “Best Company to Work For,” announced opening an office in Cincinnati, Ohio, marking the company’s 23rd office nationwide and first-ever in the Buckeye State.

In a Jan. 27 news release, Power said it signed a 32,000-square-foot lease with 9,500-square-foot warehouse space in Cincinnati. The exterior remodeler is currently servicing homeowners in Butler, Clermont, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery, and Warren counties and plans to expand into additional surrounding areas.

Products available to homeowners include windows, roofing, siding, gutters, doors, and attic insulation.

The company said Ozzy McCaughan, vice president of Customer Development; Stephen Brown, vice president of Sales; and Nick Moody, vice president of Project Services will lead the Cincinnati office.

“We are incredibly proud to open the doors to our first Ohio office,” said co-CEO Asher Raphael. “The Cincinnati market is uniquely positioned for Power, with its growing population, affordable cost of living, and local manufacturing presence.”

The company’s expansion model includes opening two new offices in major U.S. cities yearly to support its rapid growth. This latest office follows recent openings in Las Vegas and Orlando, Fla. Power says it is actively looking for installation partners to join the team.
