Power Home Remodeling, the Chester, Penn.-based exterior home remodeler and the Fortune No. 13 ‘Best Company to Work For’ announced on Thursday the appointments of two key positions: Kevin Wiggins as Chief Financial Officer and Marc Sule as Chief Business Technology Officer.

In a Jan. 18 news release, Power said the additions to its executive leadership team reflect the company’s “rapid growth and continued expansion,” as the company surpassed $1 billion in revenue for the second consecutive year.

“We are incredibly excited to have Marc and Kevin join our executive team,” said Power’s co-CEO Asher Raphael. “They both lead with a people-first, service-minded mentality which perfectly aligns with our culture and values.”

During his 13-year tenure at Wawa, Wiggins served most of his time as the CFO, overseeing all financial services and corporate strategy for the convenience retailer.

Before Wawa, he held various positions at IKON Office Solutions, now part of Ricoh, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the world’s largest professional services firms.

As Power’s CFO, Wiggins will oversee all Corporate Finance department divisional teams, including Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax and Payroll. He will play an integral role in driving the long-term financial strategy and profitability of the home remodeler.

Marc Sule, Chief Business Technology Officer

Marc SuleSule joins the company from leading promotional products company, alphabroder, where he served as Chief Information Officer for six years. Before that, he held leadership positions at major brands like CVS Health, Urban Outfitters, eBay, and GSI Commerce, accumulating more than 30 years of experience within the technology sector.

As the new CBTO, Sule will ensure the company’s Business Technology employees are “empowered to deliver the highest value features and cutting-edge solutions to support both the customer and employee experience, and that applications and infrastructure are equipped to scale to meet the growing demand.”
