Service First Solutions recently announced the addition of Ellisha Loftus to the team as a growth consultant. In her new role, Loftus will focus on helping roofing contractors excel in roof repair and maintenance by making Service First their top resource for anything they need. 

She joins the team with over 20 years of roofing and construction knowledge, the majority of which was spent in repair and maintenance. Loftus previously served as the national director of service for a company, overseeing more than 50 trucks nationwide.

“Ellisha is the next piece to SFS building a team of experts with repair and maintenance knowledge needed to be the #1 resource to help roofing companies,” said Tracey Donels, SFS founder.   

Loftus said that over the years, she found immense satisfaction in diagnosing roofing issues and implementing solutions that extend the lifespan of the roof. 

“Working in the commercial roofing service sector has been an incredibly rewarding journey, offering a dynamic blend of technical challenges and client-focused problem-solving,” she said. “The Roofing Service industry's emphasis on preventive maintenance aligns with my commitment to providing long-term value for clients.” 

She also believes that collaborating with diverse teams and staying abreast of evolving technologies keeps the work engaging and ensures that roofers deliver top-tier service. Moreover, the opportunity to mentor emerging professionals adds a fulfilling dimension.

As a woman in a traditionally male-dominated field, Loftus said she's embraced numerous challenges and used them as catalysts for growth, both personally and professionally.
