Peak Roofing Partners, a portfolio company of Exuma Capital Partners, has completed its second strategic acquisition with the purchase of Skymark Roofing, a prominent Central Florida roofing contractor with over 40 years of combined industry experience.

The acquisition positions Peak Roofing, based in Plantation, Fla., to serve a broader geographic footprint across Florida's major metropolitan areas, including Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Fort Myers, and West Palm Beach. Skymark Roofing brings substantial operational capacity to the partnership, with 50 trucks, 60 employees, and an impressive 4.9-star Google rating based on over 1,000 customer reviews.
