Roofing Corp of America announced Tuesday that Doug Duncan, formerly president of Nations Roof Illinois, joined the Atlanta-based roofing services holding company as Regional President. 

Duncan brings more than 25 years of roofing industry leadership and expertise to RCA, underscoring what the company said was its commitment to strategic expansion and operational excellence.  

Roofing Corp of America, a subsidiary of FirstService Corporation (Nasdaq: FSV), is a North American leader in outsourced property services. RCA has acquired 13 roofing companies with 26 branches across the U.S., employing a unique localized strategy.  

As regional president, Duncan will lead RCA’s support for its roofing contractors in the west, including AAA, Roof-Tech and Front Range, providing strategic guidance and resources to accelerate growth, the company said in a news release. 

It added that he would also ensure a strong alignment between those business units and RCA’s broader organizational strategy by collaborating closely with RCA’s Field Support Office and fellow business unit leaders nationwide.  

Before joining RCA, Duncan served as president of Nations Roof Illinois, where he played a significant role in building and guiding the company's successful operations. 

Additionally, Duncan is the current National Roofing Contractors Association board chairman, highlighting his deep industry ties and thought leadership.
