National Women in Roofing launched RoofingIsWomen.org, aiming to empower and connect women in the roofing industry through job listings, resources, guidance, and inspiring stories.
The 2024 IRE is expected to cover more than 180,000 square feet of exhibit space, hosting over 600 companies, and features eight educational tracks covering 45 topics across over 100 sessions.
NWiR states the program's inception was motivated by the desire to empower small and medium-sized contractors, ensuring that DEI education remains accessible to all.
Any experts or professionals who can speak about topics relevant to the needs of women and their allies
are encouraged to submit their ideas for sessions to NWiR.
