I was chatting the other day with Roofing Contractor columnist John D’Annunzio about roof maintenance.

By now you have been privileged to receive an e-mailbox (or two) full of price increase notices. It seems the price of asphalt roofing is on the rise yet again. Question is: “Do you believe it?”

Who doesn’t like to be recognized for a job well done? If you work as hard as roofing contractors do, it is a good thing to let others know that hard work indeed pays off.
