Last week Roofing Contractor produced a webinar featuring Rick Davis, an expert in sales training who specializes in the construction industry. The event was sponsored by Allied Building Products, and it’s available for viewing on our website here.

The webinar is titled “Crafting a Great Customer Experience,” and in it Rick details how contractors can differentiate themselves by creating elated customers that give them great referrals and buy at fair prices.

In a wide-ranging discussion, Rick shares advice on lead generation, sales, and websites, but the heart of the discussion centers on customer service. He asserts the key to a satisfied customer is involving your entire staff to become part of the experience that creates elated clients.
