OSHA has hit the news again recently as they once again have delayed enforcement of their new rule on fall protection with regard to roofing and specifically the elimination of the slide-guard rule.

Awesome is in the mind of the attender. For this attendee (for full disclosure, a stakeholder in the operation), it was the best trade-show and educational seminar experience in recent memory.

One of the highest maintenance items in roofing is the boot. Boots are used at the base of plumbing vents and seals the pipe.

 What a pleasure it is not having to rush to the gate to catch a flight.  

We’re in the process of compiling our list of the Top 100 Roofing contractors in the United States. The rankings are based on annual revenue. 

 My daughter, Pam, came out to our home in Phoenix recently because she is in the midst of her recruiting and hiring process right now.  

Last year, I began offering a product for sale from JKN Enterprises. They developed a lightweight, pneumatic tool for the removal of shingles, fasteners and built-up (as well as flooring material).

I’m getting ready to head out to Orlando for the International Roofing Expo. 

 A trip to New York lent an opportunity to catch up with my good friend, Dan Holohan.
