SRS Distribution has opened four new greenfield locations to better serve residential and commercial roofing contractors around the country.

SRS Distribution continues to expand its footprint with the recent acquisition of Schultz Roofing Supply Company, making it SRS' fifth location in the Great Lakes State.

SRS Distribution's acquisition of the Texas-based Travis Roofing represents the largest number of locations acquired in a single transaction for SRS.

SRS Distribution announced that they have closed on a transaction in which affiliates of Leonard Green & Partners, L.P.  will become the majority stockholder of the Company alongside a continuing ownership group that includes both management and Berkshire Partners.

SRS Distribution announced that it has opened three new greenfield locations in Kissimmee, Florida; Arlington, Washington; and Fredericksburg, Virginia.

SRS Distribution has acquired Top-Notch Roofing Supply, a distributor of residential and commercial roofing products & accessories, with locations in Longview and Tyler, Texas.

Each location will carry a full line of residential and commercial roofing products, focusing on serving roofing contractors.

SRS Distribution recently announced that Venture Roofing & Building Supply, an independently owned distributor of residential and commercial roofing products, has joined the SRS Family of Companies.
