Tecta America, the largest U.S. commercial roofing firm, acquired Sterling Commercial Roofing, which operates in northern Illinois, eastern Iowa, and southern Wisconsin; Sterling's president and team will remain in place.

Palmer joins Tecta America's corporate team from Schwickert's, a Tecta America Company, headquartered in Mankato, Minn., where he has served as operating unit president since 2016.

Tecta America, a national commercial roofing concern, recently announced the acquisition of a Saltsburg, Pa.-based Tuscano-Maher Roofing, which serves the greater Pittsburgh area. Tecta now has a presence in more than 90 markets nationwide.
