LB Capital Continues Roll-Ups with Purchase of My Pittsburgh Roofing
Firm joins Planet Roof family of companies; Bachmann seeks to lockup Western Penn. market
LB Capital's roofing companies, including Munz Roofing, Jim Rhubart Roofing, Lee's Roofing, Roofing Pups Utah, Roofing Pups Maryland, Roofing Pups Georgia, and the new Roofing Pups South Carolina, are on track to exceed $100 million in revenue in 2024, founder Lance Bachmann said when announcing the My Pittsburgh Roofing acquisition.

Serial entrepreneur Lance Bachmann, founder of Bristol, Pa.-based LB Capital, announced on Tuesday that his holding company has completed its acquisition of My Pittsburgh Roofing, which will become part of Bachmann's Planet Roof portfolio firm.
According to a Sept. 3 news release, My Pittsburgh Roofing is the second of three successful roofing company roll-ups for LB Capital, which Bachmann founded in early 2023; it joins Munz Roofing, Only the Best Builder, and Jim Rhubart Roofing.
Lance Bachmann founded LB Capital in early 2023, and it has not stopped growing since: along with roofing companies from coast to coast, Bachmann and LB Capital have multiple tech companies, real estate holdings, and HVAC/Plumbing companies.
My Pittsburgh Roofing, which services areas north of Pittsburgh, joins the Planet Roof name. The release stated that Planet Roof has been “a staple” in the counties south of Pittsburgh for many years and further consolidates Bachmann’s regional plan. LB Capital also owns Altoona's Link Roofing, which serves customers in Western Pennsylvania.
"We are building something very special in Western Pennsylvania," Bachmann said. "When we partnered with … Planet Roof, then added … Link Roofing, we knew we were putting in place a stronghold in and around Pittsburgh and Altoona; it made sense to add My Pittsburgh Roofing, and then roll it up like we did with Munz.”
Bachmann said LB Capital's roofing companies, which include Munz Roofing, Jim Rhubart Roofing, Lee's Roofing of Central and Northern California, Roofing Pups Utah, Roofing Pups Maryland, Roofing Pups Georgia, and new Roofing Pups South Carolina, as well as the Roofing Process Conference, are on pace to realize $100 million in revenue this year.
Bachmann added he will present at the Roofing Process Conference in Marco Island, Fla., Dec. 4-6, and discuss “everything related to buying, building, marketing, growing, scaling, and selling roofing companies.”
"This is why I wake up in the morning, to help folks build and scale businesses," Bachmann continued. "The Roofing Process Conference [will] be three days-worth of knowledge.”
