LB Capital Partners with Lucky Stars Roofing
The operator-led investment firm will provide technology, leadership resources and growth systems to help the New York contractor expand.

LB Capital has formed a strategic partnership with Lucky Stars Roofing, a family-owned contractor serving Queens, Nassau County and Suffolk County in New York.
Founded by Robert “Rob” Bonelli, Lucky Stars Roofing provides residential roof repairs, replacements, inspections and emergency services. Bonelli has 15 years of experience in the construction and roofing industries.
The partnership gives Lucky Stars access to LB Capital’s operational systems, technology, leadership resources and network of home service companies. The companies said the investment will support geographic expansion and strengthen Lucky Stars’ infrastructure while preserving its local brand and customer-focused culture.
“Joining LB Capital gives us the experience, systems and support to grow Lucky Stars Roofing without losing what makes our company special,” Bonelli said.
The partnership adds to LB Capital’s portfolio of roofing and home service businesses across the United States.
