The Michigan National Women in Roofing Council will host two different events this spring, with one on each side of the state. 

The first takes place on the state's west side from 5:30-7:30 p.m., May 29 at the Quality Edge headquarters in Grand Rapids, Mich. The event will feature speaker Kellie Haines, the CEO of AxiosHR. She is expected to speak about sharing her experience working with top talent, how businesses think about talent, and ways women can think differently about their careers.

That will be followed up on the east side of the state from 5:30-7:30 p.m., June 5 at Lumberman's in Wixom, Mich. The event will feature Denialle LePiors, owner of Monarch Roofing, of Michigan, an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor. She will share her story of becoming a roofing contractor and as female business owner. 

The events are open to all members of the Michigan Women in Roofing Council.
