Yet, they might be surprised by just how much weight those carry with homeowners. A whopping 95% of those surveyed said online reviews were important, very important or extremely important to their purchasing decision, with ‘very’ leading the way (34%).

Other data outlines homeowner expectations when it comes to response times, communication methods and pricing -- and they’re not always aligned.
