Werner, the name synonymous with ladders, has introduced its new ‘Multi-Position Pro’ with dual-sided leveling. The company says its 5-in-1 ladder works for various uses, including as a step ladder, an extension ladder, or on a stairway; it also adjusts to uneven surfaces. 

The 22-foot reach Multi-Position Ladder MT-22IAAL includes 32 adjustable positions, allowing more jobs to be done quickly and safely without needing additional scaffolding brackets. Werner says this ladder is really “5 ladders in 1; extension ladder with built-in leveling (up to 7-inches); double-sided, twin two-person step ladder; stairway ladder; 90-degree wall ladder, and; two self-supported scaffolding bases [plank not included]. 

The redesigned shatterproof aluminum J-locks are user-friendly, and Werner says the oversized impact-resistant push knobs are “more comfortable and protect your ladder for years to come.” 

A few highlights include: 

• Leveling: Each ladder side adjusts up to 7 inches to provide solid footing on uneven ground. The leveling adjustment is available on both the left and right feet.
• Adjusting: Easily adjust for uneven surfaces. To re-adjust or retract, click the pinch-proof yellow lever near the ladder's base. 
• Retracting: Safely retract the level with one touch.
• Ease of Use: An extended tab on the outside of the foot makes it easy to extend with your foot -- even in work boots.
