Leading Edge Safety, a provider of safety solutions for working at height, recently unveiled new additions to its Mobile Fall Protection product line: the Saber and X-Calibur. These carts are designed to improve worker safety and productivity in various work environments, including construction, maintenance, and industrial facilities.

In a news release, Leading Edge Safety said its mobile fall protection carts are designed with removable weights for ease of use during transport.

"Our commitment to providing the highest quality safety products and services to our customers is unwavering, and our new mobile fall protection carts are no exception," said Brent Smith, president of Leading Edge Safety.

"We understand that maintaining a safe work environment is essential to productivity and profitability,” Smith added. “We are confident our new carts will help businesses achieve these goals."

The mobile fall protection carts are the latest addition to the concern’s portfolio of safety solutions, which includes a range of fall protection systems and personal protective equipment. The company's team of experts works closely with roofers to identify specific safety needs and develop customized solutions to address them. Both the Saber and X-Calibur comply with the latest OSHA standards. The company says its designers are committed to increasing safety on day-to-day job sites and decreasing otherwise preventable height-related injuries and fatalities.

The Stinger has long been a “contractor favorite: for its portability and ease of use. Leading Edge Safety has integrated its best elements into an all-new cart. The Saber is just as mobile as the original, featuring increased worker capacity with reduced weight. Gone is the original dolly moving system-the Saber has an integrated axle for increased maneuverability. When the handle is lowered, the axle also lowers, lifting the Saber'" and allowing the unit to be easily transported. The integrated axles create a smaller footprint with a better-turning radius.

Saber | Features

  • 2 Users on fall arrest
  • 1 user on fall restraint

  •  Optional retrieval system
