Malarkey Roofing Products, a leader in sustainable, performance roofing shingles, and member of Holcim Building Envelope, announced it has been honored for Best Visual Design and Function of the company website, www.malarkeyroofing.com, in the 27th Annual Webby Awards.

“Honorees like Malarkey Roofing Products are setting the standard for innovation and creativity on the internet,” said Claire Graves, president of The Webby Awards. “It is an incredible achievement to be selected among the best from the nearly 14,000 entries we received this year from over 70 countries.”

Hailed as the “Internet’s highest honor” by The New York Times, The Webby Awards is the leading international awards organization honoring excellence on the internet. Established in 1996, The Webby Awards are selected by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences.

“Sharing Malarkey’s story of performance-driven, sustainable roofing was our goal in creating the site with Owen Jones,” said Don Wolfe, vice president of marketing and strategy at Malarkey. “In addition to the overwhelmingly positive response we’ve received from homeowners and contractors, we’re thrilled to receive this formal distinction from the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences.”

Malarkey’s website features a functional design in which visitors can easily locate resources to find a Malarkey-certified roofing contractor, use a roof designer to visualize new shingles on their home, and explore resources on the company’s many roofing products, while also aiding contractors in facilitating the sales and warranty process.
