We call them our Young Guns, and celebrate their nominations annually at RC’s Best of Success conference

This year’s crop of nominees hail from roofing markets big and small from across the country. It also shouldn’t be any surprise that they learned about the Young Guns nomination process via social media , which has become integral to each of their businesses and professional networks. At ten, they represent the largest single class of Young Guns RC’s ever selected since launching the series a decade ago. The class was so large, we’ve split them into two groups and will feature the others in an upcoming editition.

In the meantime, the effort to identify and nominate the next Young Guns class is underway. Will you or someone you know be next? Getting started is easy, but start by clearing your calendar from Dec. 3-5 to join the best the roofing industry has to offer at Best of Success 2023 in Dallas. We’re heading back to the Star in Frisco, Texas, and are planning another memorable experience.

Enjoy this brief introduction to some of the individuals 40 years old or younger paving their own paths in the industry with a thirst for innovation and a drive for success.
