Gulfeagle Supply Acquires Brightview Distribution of New York
With its latest branch opening in Cincinnati, Gulfeagle Supply has now placed a stake in Ohio. The supplier will serve Southern Ohio, Southeast Indiana and Northern Kentucky from its new branch.
TAMPA, Fla. — Gulfeagle Supply announces the acquisition of Brightview Distribution, located in Farmingdale, N.Y. The acquisition expands Gulfeagle’s presence to Long Island and the surrounding boroughs of New York City to better serve the professional remodeler and builder.
Brightview Distribution was established in 2008 by Duane Steinroeder. The company specializes in siding, roofing, windows and doors for the greater Long Island area. Steinroeder will continue to run the branch under the Gulfeagle Supply name.
The acquisition follows two others Gulfeagle Supply made this year, including the acquisition of R & S Supply and Adler Warehouse and Sales, Inc.
