TAMKO Launches Shingle Series Featuring Two New Products and New Contractor Loyalty Program

JOPLIN, Mo. — With an exciting advancement in roofing products, TAMKO Building Products is bringing two new highly-anticipated professional shingles to the roofing industry.

In March 2021, TAMKO will launch the new Heritage Proline™ series of Premium Architectural Shingles featuring two new TAMKO laminated asphalt shingles — Titan XT™ and StormFighter IR™ — designed for easier installation and higher performance in withstanding extreme weather conditions. The new Heritage Proline series for the professional roofing contractor harnesses the power of innovation and extreme technology to create shingles with the features roofing professionals need, the protection the market demands, and the beauty homeowners desire.

And Titan XT offers the industry-first WindGUARD™ high wind warranty with coverage up to 160 mph with only four nails installed in the expanded nailing zone, when using TAMKO Starter.*

StormFighter IR also boasts the WindGUARD high wind warranty, is classified by UL for compliance with UL 2218 Class 4 Impact Resistance, and features the Rapid Fire Zone expanded nailing zone, AnchorLock layer reinforcement of the entire backside of the shingle, Advanced Fusion enhanced sealants and UltraMAX Weathering top coating. StormFighter IR is available in select western, southwestern and central states, covering many areas of the country facing some of the most demanding weather combinations.

In March 2021, TAMKO will also launch The TAMKO Edge™ contractor loyalty program, enhancing contractors’ digital interactions with TAMKO and providing more benefits and tools to market their businesses. The TAMKO Edge program features non-certified and certified contractor tiers, one-of-a-kind enhanced warranties with extended Full Start™ non-prorated warranty periods on the new Heritage Proline series and select Heritage® series shingles.
