The cover of the June issue of Roofing Contractor features father and son duo Frank and Sam Stilley, with Amstill Roofing in Houston, Texas. Frank founded the residential roofing company more than 40 years ago with not much more than a ladder and his mother’s ’67 Pontiac. As you’ll read, Sam had been groomed to take over the family business, but was really challenged with reinvigorating a brand, implementing technology and establishing a progressive company culture.

After learning about their history, it became clear to RC that they have a 27-year personal relationship built on trust, love and respect.
