On March 23, RC Publisher Jill Bloom and Editorial Director Rick Damato spoke with National Roofing Contractor Association (NRCA) CEO Reid Ribble on how the association is putting the roofing industry in the right position to respond to the COVID-19 crisis.

The 19-minute interview addresses some of the biggest concerns facing roofing contractors during the COVID-19 pandemic, including government orders to shut down non-essential businesses as well as recent policies and legislation being passed by Congress. Ribble also provides insight on how the industry can address its workforce shortage and his views on why roofing contractors should remain hopeful during these troubling times.

The NRCA has updated its website with a COVID-19 information page providing contractors relevant information on everything from legal and insurance issues to how they can help their communities.

"I believe communication is the single biggest thing that NRCA can offer in this unprecedented time," Ribble said.
