SAN ANTONIO — More than 250 home improvement team members are sporting pink safety vests, pink hard hats and pink lanyards throughout October as The Beldon™ Group of Companies celebrates their Second Annual Beldon Cares Program to increase awareness of breast cancer and raise funding for research.

This year, The BELDON Cares Program is once again matching up to $10,000 in contributions to the Susan G. Komen Foundation made through www.Beldon.com, which is also donning a pink theme in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

“Unfortunately, many of us have been affected, or know someone who has been affected, by breast cancer,” said Brad Beldon, CEO of The Beldon Group of Companies. “We are committed to helping find a cure for this awful disease.”

With this in mind, Team Beldon is installing gutters, windows, doors, roofing systems and house siding in major markets across Texas — all while dressed in pink attire to show its support for people who have been touched by breast cancer.

“For generations, we have been proud to ensure that houses are comprised of long-lasting quality materials — but we know that it’s the people who live there that make each of these houses a home,” said Beldon. “Through The Beldon Cares Program, we are honored to support families who have been affected by breast cancer. We’re dedicated to increasing awareness and raising funds for research.”

Beldon was founded in 1946 and specializes in the installation of products including gutters, vinyl replacement windows, siding, and residential and commercial roofing systems. Located in Texas, branch locations include San Antonio Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston.
