SEVERNA PARK, Md. — For the third consecutive year, Landmark Roofing announced it has given away a free roof replacement to a deserving family from the greater Annapolis community.

Landmark Roofing specializes in the replacement of roofing, windows, siding, and gutters throughout greater Annapolis, Md.

After reviewing several nominations, the Landmark team chose the Keiser family to receive a brand-new roof. Friends and family nominated the Keiser Family because their current roof was leaking while also going through a tough time after their daughter Maddie was diagnosed with cancer.

"The crazy thing is nothing ever seems to go our way, but this is different. Things are going our way now," the Keiser family said as they picked their new roof color.

Landmark Roofing replaced the Keiser's roof in one day with no strings attached. Owners Artie Hendricks and Rob Calhan were taken with the family's story, and want to continue to show them support.

"We are so excited to be helping out this family," said Hendricks, "In fact, from now on, whenever you purchase a roof from Landmark Roofing and mention Team Maddie, a $100 donation will be made to Gold in Fight, a foundation that helps families with critically ill children."

Landmark teamed up with the local supply house, Superior Distribution, and GAF, to make the 2019 Roof Giveaway happen.
