PORTLAND, Ore. — With climate extremes, natural disasters and severe weather affecting homeowners in greater numbers throughout the U.S. and Canada, the Metal Roofing Alliance has partnered with Green Builder Media to offer an extensive Resilient Housing Guide. According to Matt Power, the editor of the Resilient Housing Guide, a key takeaway of the guide is that both materials and process matter. If buildings are designed and assembled with extreme weather vulnerabilities in mind, they inevitably perform better when the crisis strikes.
