DALLAS — National Roofing Partners has named Deryl Kratzer to the position of vice president of strategic initiatives.

NRP says Kratzer is an accomplished leader in sales, management and commercial roof technology. He will lead NRP’s partner initiatives to drive growth.

"Deryl brings a wealth of experience, professionalism and access to an additional network of partners to NRP," states Rodney Shrader, NRP president. “He is wellpositioned to enhance all aspects of our growth strategy and partner relationships."

Kratzer’s professional background includes 28 years with Tremco Inc. He rose through the ranks and served 12 years as the company’s president. During his executive tenure, he drove the expansion of Tremco’s service portfolio and rapid revenue growth.
