SPRINGFIELD, Va. — Greater Washington home improvement contractor Exterior Medics has been awarded a spot on the Qualified Remodeler 2018 HIP 200 List, coming in at no. 81 to make the top 200. The annual list ranks the top home improvement companies nationwide.

The HIP 200 List, compiled by Qualified Remodeler each year, celebrates the top-ranking contractors in the home improvement industry, ranking companies based on annual revenue and breaking down the number of jobs completed by category.

Exterior Medics said it earned a spot at no. 81 thanks to a number of exterior home improvement jobs that resulted in a significant increase in earnings for the year. Overall, roofers reported less earnings in 2017 compared to the year prior, while Exterior Medics was able to not only maintain, but to grow in sales and clientele.

The HIP 200 List wasn’t the only one that Exterior Medics landed on in 2018.

With reported revenue of about $11.7 million, the company was no. 122 on Roofing Contractor’s Top 150 Roofing Contractors List.

Further, it was one of 16 U.S.-based roofing companies to make the Inc. 5000 list.
