Construction Law Group recently announced that attorney Brian Oblow recently joined Trent Cotney, P.A. as managing attorney. Oblow brings nearly 20 years of experience as a trial lawyer which includes handling numerous trials, appeals, mediations, arbitrations, and evidentiary hearings. He has extensive knowledge in the practice areas of commercial litigation, probate and real estate litigation, banking and finance, and insurance disputes.

As managing attorney, Oblow’s responsibilities include monitoring the workflow and development of cases, recruiting and advising clients and associate attorneys, and implementing and maintaining best practices for the firm.

He graduated with honors from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law and is also a certified circuit civil mediator, providing resolution services for disputes related to commercial litigation, real estate, banking and insurance matters.
