BELOIT, Wis. – ABC Supply Co., Inc. finalized its purchase of Norandex Building Materials Distribution, Inc. The acquisition of Hudson, OH–based Norandex adds 103 locations to the ABC Supply roster. The deal with Saint-Gobain Delaware Corporation, a subsidiary of Saint-Gobain S.A., was first announced in September.

 

Since 1946, Norandex and its predecessors have been recognized as a world-class exterior products company. The Norandex portfolio of products and services will complement and expand the exterior products offerings of ABC Supply.

 

ABC Supply is the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior building products and now has over 600 locations in 49 states and the District of Columbia and sales of more than $6 billion.

 

This transaction is ABC’s largest acquisition since the purchase and successful integration of Bradco Supply in June 2010. “This strategic acquisition reinforces our leadership position in the exterior products market and establishes a strong foundation for our next phase of growth” said Keith Rozolis, ABC Supply’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
