PERTH AMBOY, N.J. — Ernesto Infante has joined the Product Solutions Department of Englert Inc. as its product solutions specialist and environmental design consultant for the company’s southeast region.

Prior to joining Englert, Infante served as a project manager in the Construction Administration Department at AECOM Spillis Candela and as director of operations and LEED services for IGB+SDS Inc., both in Miami, Fla.

His areas of expertise include project management, design development and construction documentation with a proven track record in creating, developing and completing architectural detailing and material specifications for high-end commercial, institutional and residential projects. He brings to Englert an in-depth understanding of building processes from groundbreaking to project closeout, including a knowledge of building codes and construction standards, project documentation control methods and building-permit procurement.

He is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional (AP) with a specialty in building, design and construction, and has been responsible for LEED process implementation for high-performance buildings and sustainable design projects seeking Green Building Certification. In addition, he’s a member of the Construction Specifications Institute and the U.S. Green Building Council LEED for Homes Green Rater program.

Infante holds an undergraduate degree from the Central University of Venezuela School of Architecture and Urban Planning and master’s degree credits from the University of California at Berkeley Master of Architecture program.
