In conjunction with Bilingual America, MRCA has introduced the Hispanic Hiring Kit to 2015 IRE attendees. Designed to bridge the gap between the American roofing industry and Latino workers, the kit offers culturally relevant information to guide roofing companies through the recruiting and hiring processes.

“By 2020, 74 percent of all labor force growth in America will be Latino,” said Ricardo González, Bilingual America founder and CEO. He added that the kit was created with American roofing contractors in mind.

MRCA is proud to introduce the kit to the roofing industry, said Steve Little, the organization’s chairman. “With employment being the single biggest issue facing the industry, this is a great way to address that,” he added.
