 Titan has introduced its PowrCoat Series air-powered sprayers. According to the manufacturer, these new sprayers operate continuously without icing, even at high cycle rates and high humidity. The sprayers can easily handle application of today’s low VOC, high solids and abrasive coatings. The series includes models for every type of application, with operating pressures ranging from 3,000 PSI to 7,500 PSI. They are high-volume sprayers that will handle flow rates of up to 4 gallons per minute (GPM). PowrCoat Series sprayers feature Titan’s proven spool valve design that has only five moving parts for quick positive motor reversal, as well as simplified maintenance and service.
