DALLAS — National Roofing Partners (NRP) has brought new leadership to its project management team. Mike Genette has been appointed director of project management. He joins NRP with 24 years of operations and facilities team leadership experience in the roofing, restaurant and retail industries.

After managing large remote operations teams for Pepsi and Starbucks Coffee, Genette joined the Facilities Group at Brinker International, where he managed capital projects and became a client of NRP. Performing in the roles of project manager, director of operations and of VP of operations for two nationwide construction services organizations has given him a background to lead the expansion of NRP’s project management business efforts across the country. He is known for having a deep-seated passion for facilities work, developing relationships that last and connecting people to things that matter. Genette holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in business marketing and finance.
