Tecta America’s Western Roofing Service Opens Second Bay Area Office
ROSEMONT, Ill.— Tecta America Corp. has announced that Western Roofing Service, a Tecta America company, has opened its second Bay Area office location in Santa Clara, Calif., at 2455 De La Cruz Blvd. Formed in 1952, Western Roofing Service is one of Tecta America’s founding members and has completed thousands of commercial and industrial roofing projects in northern California, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Colorado.
With an established location in San Leandro, Calif., this second location will allow Western Roofing to more effectively service all roofing needs within the South Bay Area. A full-service company, Western Roofing provides 24-hour emergency response to water intrusion, roof assessments, preventative maintenance and roof restoration, as well as new roof construction, waterproofing and green roof systems.
“We are thrilled to be expanding to a second location,” said Kris Makie, service manager of Western Roofing Service. “Our ability to pool resources from our other Bay Area location and the strong relationships that we have built with building owners, manufacturers and architects over six decades in the area will definitely allow the Santa Clara office to serve its customers quickly and efficiently.”
Makie says the new office location will provide the opportunity for Western Roofing to get closer to its customers to provide them with cost-effective, professional emergency service and maintenance. He adds that the company’s ability to respond quickly in the event of severe water intrusion can minimize damage to the interior and exterior of the building and lessen the inconvenience to building tenants, while also helping clients to maintain their roofing and waterproofing assets.
