PITTSBURGH — Burns & Scalo has announced the promotion of Cari Hopkins, Kyle Spanos, Rehann Rheel and Mike McKown.

Cari Hopkins, formerly a repair and maintenance administrative assistant, has been promoted to customer relations manager. Hopkins joined Burns & Scalo more than 10 years ago, where she demonstrated the capability to create high-value customer experiences.

Kyle Spanos, previously the assistant safety director, has been promoted to repair and maintenance project manager. He was hired in June 2012, and his performance during his time as a safety intern proved that he was reliable and committed to upholding the company’s strict safety standards.

Rehann Rheel,formerly the company’s receptionist, has been promoted to repair and maintenance client services coordinator. Rehann joined the team in July of 2012 and has exemplified an extreme dedication to the company’s high customer care standards.

Mike McKownhas been promoted to operating manager for the commercial roofing division. McKown has more than 25 years of experience with Burns & Scalo as a commercial roof project manager, where he demonstrated consistent quality leadership and workmanship within the commercial roofing division.
