As part of that goal, Duo-Fast has announced a no questions asked One-Year Service Promise on the Fuel Powered Cordless Roofing Nailer System, Model DFCR175C.
“Our customers know we make tough, high quality tools but they need regular service to stay in top condition, and jobsite conditions often mean tool repairs are required,” said Jacek Romanski, marketing manager for Duo-Fast. “That’s why the first year of ownership of a Duo-Fast Cordless Roofing Nailer System now comes with a one year Service Promise, all regular service, including cleaning, and any repairs for free, no questions asked.”
Duo-Fast will be responsible for servicing and repairing the tools through the ITW Construction Service & Parts centers. Duo-Fast will pay for shipping the tool to the service center and will pay to ship the tool back to the owner. Duo-Fast also offers a three-day turnaround upon receipt of the tool and, if it cannot be repaired, Duo-Fast will replace it for free.
To take advantage of this offer, Duo-Fast cordless roofing nailer owners will have to provide receipt of purchase and contact ITW Service & Parts, the official manufacture factory service center (http://www.itwserviceparts.com/ContactUs.html). After one year, Duo-Fast, through the ITW centers, will provide service for a nominal fee.
