Howard tools set out to come up with a model that would retail for less than 50 percent of most current models on the market, and accomplished this by providing the roofer with the Shingle Shear cutting assembly, which can be mounted to a 16-foot by 40-inch plywood table provided by the roofer. All the necessary components and hardware are provided. The end result is a Shingle Shear with all the same features, quality and convenience at half the price. t is expected to retail for approximately $130 and be available in late March.
