Keith Lowe

IKO announced that Keith Lowe has been named Vice President of Sales for its United States operations. Lowe previously held the position of Sales Director for IKO in the U.S.

“Keith has shown tremendous leadership with our U.S. sales efforts,” said David Koschitzky of IKO. “This new position recognizes Keith’s accomplishments, allows him to expand his influence to some of our other business interests in the U.S., while still concentrating on adding to our outstanding relationships with our customers across the country.”

Lowe joined IKO in 1998 as Commercial Roofing Sales Manager for the U.S. He later served as Director of Residential Sales, Western U.S., and Director of U.S. Commercial Roofing Sales. He assumed his most recent role as U.S. Sales Director in March 2005. For more information, visit www.iko.com.

Jeff Schuette

Jeff Schuette (pronounced Shootey) is already proving useful to contractors who call Chem Link for information on product attributes and application details. Schuette owned and operated a construction and landscape design business in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky for 10 years before selling the landscape part of the business to concentrate on construction. He moved to the Kalamazoo, Mich. area in 2003 to work in construction management, specializing in commercial multi-family and custom residential construction.

Schuette is looking forward to providing useful and practical information to contractors who want to know how they can put Chem Link sealants and adhesives to best use in their businesses. He can be reached at jschuette@chemlinkinc.com.

Perry Phillips, Superintendent for Irvine, Calif.-based DRI Commercial, has received the roofing industry’s Most Valuable Player Award from the National Roofing Contractors Association Alliance for Progress. Phillips was honored along with seven other professionals from across the United States, at the National Roofing Contractors Association’s 121st Annual Convention and International Roofing Expo 2008 in Las Vegas. Phillips was selected out of 34 nominees because of his dedication to his company and his fellow employees, commitment to quality and customer satisfaction and his passion for volunteerism in both his professional and personal life. Primarily responsible for waterproofing and built-up roofing projects, Phillips has managed such jobs as the Anaheim Hilton, Disney’s Grand Hotel, Irvine Spectrum, St. John’s Hospital, Archstone Marina Del Rey, Cal Tech and Kia World Headquarters.
