ABC Supply Co. Inc. has promoted two members of its management team. Kim Hendricks was promoted to the position of vice president. She will continue to serve as president of the company’s Mule-Hide Products Co. Inc. subsidiary.
ABC Supply Co. Inc. has promoted two members of its management team. Kim Hendricks was promoted to the position of vice president. She will continue to serve as president of the company’s Mule-Hide Products Co. Inc. subsidiary. A certified public accountant and law school graduate, Hendricks joined Mule-Hide at its inception in 1984, serving as controller and vice president before being named president in 1996. The company also promoted Kathy Murray to the position of vice president and chief information officer. Murray previously served as MIS director and now oversees all aspects of the company’s information systems. Murray began her career with ABC Supply Co. in 1985 when she installed the company’s first computer.
The Florida Roofing, Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association (FRSA) announced the hiring of Jim Carducci to the newly created position of director of technical services. Carducci is a Florida licensed roofing contractor, a Certified Professional Roofing Contractor and president of the Central Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association. He will work with the Florida Building Commission and its education division, the FRSA Educational and Research Foundation, as well as respond to technical questions and requests from consumers and contractors.
PPG Industries has named James J. Bogdan to the newly created position of manager of the company’s sustainable design and green building initiatives. Working with the company’s performance glazings, architectural coatings and industrial coatings businesses, he will determine and develop new green building products and services for architects, designers and construction professionals.
Mark Ziegler has been appointed president of the Concrete Anchor Manufacturers Association (CAMA). The director of engineering for Powers Fasteners Inc., Ziegler will manage the development of testing criteria and standards, organize task groups and set agendas for future meetings. Ziegler joined Powers Fasteners as its western regional engineer in 2001.
