DENVER - ACH Foam Technologies announced its acquisition of Allied Foam Products of Gainesville, Ga. The transaction occurred one year after Advance Foam Plastics, Contour Products and Heartland EPS merged to create ACH Foam Technologies.
"ACH is positioned to develop regional and national supply agreements in the construction and industrial market," stated Frank Kiesecker, vice president of sales and marketing for the company. "The Allied acquisition will expand growth opportunities in the construction, packaging and O.E.M. markets in the Southeast."
