BELOIT, Wis.-ABC Supply Co. Inc. announced the acquisition of Town & Country Industries Inc. headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., with branch locations in Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Tampa, Orlando (Lake Mary) and Pensacola. Town & Country Industries is one of the largest distributors of pool/patio enclosures and hurricane protection products in the United States. In addition, Town & Country distributes a broad assortment of other building products, including siding, windows, gutters, doors and metal roofing.
Town & Country Industries will continue to operate under the Town & Country name and as a separate business unit within ABC Supply Co. Inc. ABC has retained the entire management team to continue to manage and grow the business under the leadership of former owner and now division president, Tim O'Connor.
