BELOIT, Wis.— Aluminum and building products distributor Town & Country Industries has acquired the assets of Ace Aluminum Distributors, Inc., a distributor of pool and patio extrusions and accessories located at 370 Lemon Lane in Casselberry, Fla., and will continue to serve customers out of this location.

Ace Aluminum was founded in 1975. The acquisition provides Town & Countries Industries with an additional location in the Orlando area and gives area contractors greater access to a wide variety of pool and patio extrusions and accessories. Full-time Ace Aluminum branch associates will remain at the location, providing a seamless transition for existing customers.
