ABC Supply Co., Inc. announced leadership updates at Town & Country Industries (TCI), naming district manager Coe Steele to an expanded leadership role effective Jan. 1, 2026, following the retirement of longtime managing director Kurt Lackore at the end of the year.

Town & Country Industries, a division of ABC Supply Co., Inc., is a wholesale distributor of aluminum and building products. Town & Country currently has 36 locations in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Alabama. ABC Supply Co. Inc. acquired Town & Country Industries Inc. in 2005.

Steele’s expanded role reflects the company’s continued investment in leadership development and long-term growth. His new responsibilities include overseeing operations and leading strategic initiatives focused on new products, team development, innovation and enhancing the customer experience. Reporting to ABC Supply’s newly formed Southeast Region, Steele will play a key role in leading the future of Town & Country Industries.

Kurt Lackore joined ABC Supply in 2005 through the acquisition of Town & Country Industries and has played a pivotal role in shaping the division’s culture and growth over the past two decades. Known for building lasting customer relationships and fostering a team-first environment, Lackore’s leadership has been defined by trust, integrity and collaboration.

With 17 years of experience in the building products industry, Steele is prepared to build on Lackore’s legacy and lead Town & Country Industries’ continued growth.
