ABC Supply Announces Expanded Regional Structure, Two Leadership Promotions

ABC Supply Co. Inc. announced several strategic organizational changes set to take effect Jan. 1, 2026. These updates include the creation of a sixth region, the Mid-South Region, and two leadership promotions.
ABC Supply’s 1,000-plus locations across the United States will now be divided into six regions (Midwest, Northeast, Southwest, Southeast, West and Mid-South), enhancing regional expertise and local customer support.
In addition to the reorganization into six regions, key company leaders have been promoted into new roles, effective Jan. 1, 2026:
Dan Gaddini has been promoted to vice president of national accounts. He has 18 years of industry experience and joined ABC Supply in 2012. He’s held a diverse mix of branch and regional positions, most recently serving as the managing director of divisional branch operations for ABC Supply locations in Canada and Town & Country Industries.
Lloyd Hamilton has been promoted to vice president of the Southeast Region. In this role, Hamilton will also oversee Town & Country Industries. He has 19 years of industry experience and joined ABC Supply as part of the Bradco Supply acquisition in 2010. He’s served as a branch manager, steep slope business manager, sales development manager and, most recently, as a district manager.
With these organizational changes, Jonathan Shepard, ABC Supply president of branch operations, will oversee the company’s Canada locations.
“I’m proud to celebrate our leaders’ promotions and the growth of our team,” said Shepard. “Their experience and dedication, combined with our expanded regional structure, will help us continue delivering the reliable service and support our customers expect from ABC Supply.”
